Welcome H.O.M.  I'd like to introduce myself:  My name is Christina Batts.  I own Hearts of Mercy Notary Services, LLC in Casselberry, FL.  I've witnessed, signed and sealed 100's of documents over my decade of being a notary. I specialize in buyer & seller RE closings (Conventional; HELOC; FHA; VA, Reverse and Refinance) however, I'm not limited to general notary work i.e.  POA's, DNR's, acknowledgements, commencements, deeds etc...

Notary Services offers professional courteous services at a location of your choice including remote, after-hours and weekends.  We also offer document printing, scan-backs, mortgage foreclosure inspections, RE transaction coordinating and I can even officiate your vow renewal or wedding ceremony.
